🚘 ETCはレンタルできますか？

→ はい、可能です。

オプション料金は330円（税込）です。（7月1日価格変更）
高速道路を利用された分は、返却時に店頭で精算となります。

🔁 乗り捨てはできますか？

→ はい、可能です。

基本的にはご予約時に乗り捨て店舗をご指定ください。
ただし、当日変更が可能な場合もありますので、現地のスタッフにお尋ねください。
※別途、乗り捨て料金（距離に応じて4,400円〜）がかかります。

店舗によっては、英語対応スタッフが在籍していますので、安心してご利用いただけます。

We are the official account of ORIX Rent-a-Car × Sunautas, operating 11 locations in total across Kanagawa and Machida (Tokyo).

🙋‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

🚘 Can I rent an ETC card?

→ Yes, you can. The rental fee is ¥330 (tax included), but starting July 1st, it will be ¥550.
You’ll only be charged for the tolls you use, which will be calculated and paid at the counter when you return the car.

🔁 Can I drop off the car at a different location?

→ Yes, one-way rentals are available!
We recommend choosing your drop-off location when making your reservation,
but in some cases, you may be able to change it on the day, so please ask the staff.
※An additional fee will apply (starting from ¥4,400, depending on distance).

Some of our branches have English-speaking staff, so you can rent a car with confidence.
